How do I purchase a gift certificate?

It's really easy to purchase a gift certificate at TJ West. Visit the purchase page and select the certificate denomination. Then enter the recipient's name and address and pay for your purchase. We will send the certificate with your personal message to the recipient via First Class mail.

How do I redeem a gift certificate online?

Using a gift certificate to make a purchase online is easy: On the payment page, enter the 16-digit gift certificate number in the box provided. The gift certificate value will automatically be deducted from your merchandise total. If the purchase amount is less than the certificate value, the balance will remain on the certificate and can be applied to a future purchase.
