Payment Methods

We currently accept these credit/debit cards: VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. All derivatives of these brands are also supported. Customers may use any of these cards to purchase anything on our site. The funds are transferred to our accounts and then distributed to our vendors every month, less our commission.

Fraud Protection

One of the most important, but often overlooked, aspects of accepting credit card payments is the incidence of fraud. As the staggering number of online transactions grows even larger every year, the number of fraudulent transactions grows proportionately. As a TJ West vendor, you are completely protected against all credit card fraud.

Every order payment we receive is checked and verified at least twice by at least two different fraud analysts, so when you receive an order notification from us, you can rest assured that the payment is secure. Even in the unlikely event that an order payment is determined to be illegitimate after the goods have been shipped, TJ West accepts full responsibility for the transaction.

For vendors, this means that we will pay you for the entire order, regardless of whether we are able to recover the funds. In addition to this, we handle any disputes, procedures and additional expenses involved with the incident. That's total coverage that you will not find anywhere else!

According to credit card association rules, Internet merchants must accept credit card fraud as part of the normal risk of doing business on the Internet. The amount of credit card fraud varies according to the type of products sold. Products that appeal to children, teenagers, and unmarried men will experience a higher degree of credit card fraud. Products that are purchased primarily by professionals, women, and families will experience a lower amount of fraud.
